At Tailored Care LLC, we believe every individual deserves to age safely and comfortably in familiar surroundings. Founded in 2020 during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, Tailored Care LLC was born from compassion and purpose.
Our Founder and CEO, Tabitha Cephas, RN, recognized a need in Delaware communities when families were separated from their loved ones in care facilities. Her vision was simple yet powerful: to create a home care agency that allows families to stay connected while providing professional, compassionate, and tailored support.
With more than 20 years of nursing and healthcare leadership experience, Tabitha leads a dedicated team of over 100 healthcare professionals who share her mission of delivering exceptional, people-centered care across Delaware, from Wilmington to Ocean View.
