Meet Our CEO
Tabitha Cephas is the Founder and Director of Tailored Care LLC, a top Personal Assistance Services Agency in Delaware. With over 20 years as a Strategic RN Leader and Home Health Care Executive, she’s known for innovative care solutions and building high-performing teams. At Tailored Care, she leads 80+ healthcare professionals and has formed key partnerships to deliver patient-centered care.
Her previous roles include leading care coordination at Beebe Medical Center and Christiana Health System, improving outcomes and reducing costs. As LTSS Supervisor at Highmark Health Options, she excelled in compliance and strategic planning.
Tabitha holds nursing degrees from Wilmington University and Delaware Tech. She's also the founder of the Already Amazing Charitable Organization, which supports community empowerment. Her leadership continues to shape and elevate home health care.
Qualified Caregivers
Tailored Care Personal Assistance Services are provided by qualified Direct Care Workers. Tailored Care ensures that all Direct Care Workers have been cleared through national background checks, such as Adult/child abuse registry, criminal history checks, drug testing, employment service letters, and all health care tests per the state requirements. All Direct Care Workers have passed a skilled written and hands-on test, in addition, our direct care workers receive ongoing training to ensure they are practicing at the highest level of competency.

Who Pays for Services
Tailored Care is contracted with Amerihealth Caritas and Highmark Health Options, the two major Managed Care Medicaid Companies within Delaware. Tailored Care will research and verify your insurance coverage and obtain any necessary authorizations. We will provide timely and accurate billing.
We also accept private pay for those who do not have insurance.
Intake Process:
Every potential consumer of Tailored Care will receive a free consultation by a registered nurse. Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3. Simply complete our data intake form and a representative from Tailored Care will contact you within 24 hours.
